Preview and buy it on itunes Also available on Cd Baby In time for Veterans Day, this song was written and produced by Mary Beth Anthony, co -written by Greg Schemper and Christopher Foley. This song tells the story of many women who have had husbands overseas in war from this century and the last. Written in 2003 and finally recorded recently. Mary Beth: "After having many life challenges and obstacles, I have finally had some time to devote to songwriting and to complete this single! I loved the creative process of writing and muscial presentation. I was inspired to write this song in 2003 after hearing about the struggles of many military wives. The strength, courage and patience of these military wives spoke to my heart. This song is based on a friend of mine, but not in its entirety. Thank you to all the skilled and talented musicians who played on this song! Finally and above all, I thank all the men and women who have courageously and unselfishly fought for the freedom and safety of our United States of America. I am especially grateful for those service men and women who sacrificed their lives in defense of liberty. God bless them all!" Check back soon for single release party details and music video!
